Got A Problem With Sony Ericsson Xperia USB Debugging Driver?

- You want to flash/root/unlock bootloader using FlashTool but the driver is not installed properly?

- You can use FlashTool to check the driver.

- You also can use Universal Android Driver Installer (ADI).

- Enable USB debugging on your device, connect USB cable from PC to phone, wait until driver finished install, run Android Driver Installer, it will then search the driver and install it.

- The driver may not passed windows driver validation/compatibility but I tested on Xperia Sola with no problem.

Repair Your Mouse USB Port or Cable DIY

- Cheap computer mouse usually got problems with USB port or cable.

- To change the cable, you need to buy a new USB cable, or if you can reuse any usb cable from other broken mouse or usb cable from keyboard or anything, as long as it has 4 wires inside.

- I fixed a Logitech M100 USB mouse by cutting the USB port and replace it with others as the USB wire inside the port usually bend and broken.

(How To) Windows 7 Setup From USB

- I use YUMI and windows installation .iso file.
- Format the usb pendrive to NTFS, suggested by WinToFlash, said it will improve the speed.
- Select drive, select Windows Vista/7/8 Installer, select .iso file, click Next.
- Wait until the copy process is finished, boot PC/laptop from USB.

Protect Your PC From Autorun Virus (External USB Drive)

- Free antivirus like Avira also protects you from autorun viruses.

- But sometimes, slower PC is not recommended to use antivirus as it will make the PC even slower.

Connect Easy GPS and Garmin GPS 72

- I use Prolific USB to serial adapter.
- Using Easy GPS to transfer/backup waypoint, track from Garmin GPS 72 to PC.
- Using female to female jumper to make connection from DB9 pin to pin at the back of the GPS unit.
- Setup the cable, turn of the GPS unit then use Easy GPS to receive data from GPS unit.

- I use Prolific USB to serial adapter + female to female jumper.
- Connect Data In to Tx, Data Out to Rx, Gnd to Gnd.

Run MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition from USB Pendrive

1. Download MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition (ISO) from this site (download Bootable CD ISO).
2. Download Yumi Multiboot USB Creator here.

3. Run Yumi. Select drive, tick format, select Partition Wizard, select ISO, click Create.
4. Wait until the process finished.
5. Now reboot your PC from the USB pendrive.
6. I have tested to format external drive, but its not detected (why?)
