Celcom APN Settings for Android

- Goto settings > wireless and networks > mobile network > access point names.
- Push hardware "menu" button,  choose "New APN"
- This settings is for internet (default):-

name: celcom 3g internet
apn: celcom3g
proxy: 010.128.1.242
port: 8080
mcc: 502
mnc: 19
authentication type: pap
apn type: default
apn protocol: ipv4

- This for MMS, create new apn:-

name: celcom 3g mms
apn: celcom3g
mmsc: http://mms.celcom.net.my
mms proxy: 010.128.1.242
mms port: 8080
mcc: 502
mnc: 19
authentication type: pap
apn type: mms
apn protocol: ipv4

- Then enable data to use internet/mms (gingerbread).
- Original information gathered from here, tested by me and it's working.

Update Your Internet Time Server (Windows)

- Left click at the clock down-right of the screen. Then click change date and time settings.

- Click on tab internet time, click change settings.

- Check 'synchronize with an internet time server', type 'mst.sirim.my' OR 'my.pool.ntp.org'.
- Click update and wait until the message is 'successfully synchronized'. Click ok.
