(Solved) Error 1814 - VLC Installation

- I got error "unable to elevate - erorr 1814" when I try to install VLC Media Player.
- Just a simple solution; right-click on the installation file (.exe), Run As Administrator.

    I Still don't understand, the problem is still alive after logged in to Administrator account also this Error 1814 is coming?
