Sometimes you missing out medium or high impact news. What if you save the news details, date and time (in your own time zone) and get notified by Google Calendar on your phone.

Why Google Calendar? Because most phone user will have Google Account and Google Calendar. Also Google Calendar is reliable for notifications on phone. Here's how.

1. First you need to go to FXStreet Economic Calendar site
https://www.fxstreet.com/economic-calendar

2. Set your time zone, and filter news based on your interest. I prefer Medium and High Impact news only. Select date range for 1 week or more.

3. Download as .ICS document.

4. In web browser, go to your Google Calendar account
https://calendar.google.com/

5. Click + button on Other Calendars, and select Import.

6. Select the downloaded .ICS file from FXStreet, click Import.

7. Now the forex news are added to your calendar, and will be sync to your phone. Usually Google Calendar will give alert / notification 30 minutes earlier from the time. So you can prepare your entry.
